  • Assist the Coordinator of Academic Services in the development, implementation and supervision of a student-athlete academic success program.
  • Serve as the Athletic Department's liason with the College's Counseling and Academic Support Centers.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for the College's Champs/Life Skills program.
  • Schedule educational seminars and forums for student-athletes that promote a well-balanced lifestyle by encouraging emotional well-being, personal growth and decision making skills.
  • Research grants and programs that support student-athlete development.
  • Provide reports of activities and functions to the Athletic Director upon request.

  • Member of the Probationary Student Network Committee.  Works with Jackie Neary to  meet with the student athletes either on Academic Probation or Warning throughout the semester to discuss and implement academic strategies for success.
  • Work with individual student-athletes as potential issues arise during the academic year, particularly involving their academic performance, resident life and persistence towards graduation.
